Vice-president Venkaiah Naidu will arrive here in Trivandrum on February 16 for a one-day visit. He will deliver a lecture at the Chithira Thirunal Memorial in a function to be held at Kannakakunnu palace. Chithira Thirunal Balarama Varma was the last king of the erstwhile princely state of Travancore, who initiating various people-friendly measures during his reign.  He was also the one who made the historic temple entry proclamation.
